Ask HN: Is Udacity now geo blocking countries?

I'm located in Costa Rica, and in the past I took in the past 3 nanodegrees there. Today I was checking the verification link and to my surprise I'm getting a geoblocked response, both on the verification links and even signing in to my udacity account. Someone knows if this is a temporal issue, or a really strange comercial decision of the company to avoid having customers? Afaik Costa Rica is not under any exports restriction list (or I should be worried?). Even Accenture has a lot of employees in the country.
