Ask HN: Facebook have a Community Standards violation detection bug today?

Anecdotally, today a whole swath of seemingly-innocuous Facebook posts got flagged for Community Standards violations around 6-8AM Pacific. Upon disputing the flagging they were cleared of the violation and allowed for posting. I suspect Facebook had a bug occur that they've chosen not to announce? While my view of FB is purely anecdotal, it seems like the posts that got flagged were extremely innocuous (one trigger seemed to be too many exclamation points).
