Ask HN: Simple prebuilt CSS themes for semantic HTML?

I've been out of the web development game for many years now. I have a dead-simple static HTML page with proper semantic elements (e.g. h1, header, footer, etc.). I'm looking for prebuilt "themes" that I can just stick in a to automatically apply styling to make things a bit prettier. What are these CSS files called? Any projects on github or similar with a collection of them I can choose from? I can't remember the correct word for these so a web search turns up irrelevant results...
